Key responsibilities: - Seamless service delivery - Manage Internal and External Key stakeholders - Ensure smooth service delivery and zero surprise operations - Drive Digital transformation / drive mindset to adopt next gen / smart operations practices. - High customer engagement and NPS - Be able to work with a diverse team, manage attrition matrices &amp; keep the employee engagement high. - Continuous improvement - Partner with client on key process improvement projects Key Competencies:&nbsp; - Hands on operations experience of 8-10 years and at least 5 years managing travel operations with explicit knowledge on Ticketing &amp; GDS (Apollo and/or Sabre) - Domain expertise in Travel Services with Commercial and business acumen, good communication and negotiation skills - Coaching and mentoring skills and displays positive attitude - Working knowledge of Lean and six sigma or undertaken some process improvement projects. - Should have managed large operations team (~50-80 Span) - Should have knowledge of US Culture and Travel operations - Must be open to work US business hours (night shift) Qualification: Travel Qualified candidate, IATA GDS Candidate will be preferred , Should have strong working knowledge of GDS, Fares &amp; Ticketing.
