Role : Manager Department : Internal Audit &amp; Compliance Span of Control : Nil Reports to : Sr. AVP Positions reporting into this role : Executive/ Sr Executive Responsibility Level : Level 2 Primary Responsibility : - Planning and executing internal audits ( IT Audit execution and Report writing) - Managing IT-SOX, IT Audit and other Special assignments - Contributing to the knowledge sharing function of Internal Audit through presentations - Co-ordination and facilitation with various business and functional owners to ensure implementation of the recommendations suggested Performance Parameters : - Project Management and Execution including client and team handling - 40% - Clearly drafted Report requiring minimal changes - 30% - High level Quality output adding value to the client - 25% - Training &amp; Other Initiatives - 10% Role/ Responsibilities : - Planning and executing internal audits ( IT Audit execution and Report writing) - Managing IT SOX and other Special assignments - Supporting Sr. AVP in developing/ imparting training and other initiatives - Interaction with the stake holders - Active participation in trainings and knowledge building sessions Competencies &amp; Skills : - BE (E&amp;C or CS or IT)/ MCA / MBA (IT) - In-depth understanding of IT concepts, Network components/ devices, IT SOX and Audits - Hand-on experiences in IT SOX and Audits, particularly application, databases, operating systems and network devices - Good logical reasoning and reasonable analytical skills - Well-versed with IT standards and IT good practices, internal audit methodologies, IT SOX requirements, SSAE16, Internal Control Framework like COSO, CoBiT etc; - Understanding of PCI-DSS and Vulnerability &amp; Penetration testing - One or more Certifications such as CISA/ CISSP/ CISM/ CFE/ CeH (desired not a pre-requisite) - Effective communication and report writing skills, concise and focused - Computer/laptop operating skills.
