Job Description :
- Lead and support strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups
- Function as a as a Six Sigma Consultant to coordinate and complete projects
- Define performance and results and manage project teams
- Investigate non-standard requests and problems
- Make presentations to senior leadership
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks
- Prioritize work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned
Skills Matrix:
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from reputed institute/company
- Graduate with experience in US Healthcare or Insurance industry
- Must have completed atleast 3 BB and 5 green belt projects.
- 3+ years of project management administration and/or project management experience to include tracking/reporting responsibilities for a large portfolio of projects
- 3+ years- experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
- Advanced MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Minitab skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
