EXL Service - Manager - ERP - Oracle Apps (6-8 yrs)
Manager - Oracle Apps
Essential Functions :
- Techno-functional consultant having sound knowledge of Oracle e-business suite (Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, General Ledger, OTL, and HRMS).
- Interface/Liaison with Functions for all Technology related deliveries, define the requirements for services, tools, data and process to be use across multiple clients
- Participate in SDLC process and procedures. Representing in Internal Audits and SOX compliance audits.
- Extensive knowledge of ADF, PL/SQL, Workflows, Multiple application integrations, Requirement analysis and Business process mapping
Organizational Relationships :
- Reports To : SM : Technology Applications
- Supervises : AM
Skills :
a. Technical Skills
- Have sound knowledge in Oracle ERP & Oracle Applications R12, Experience in Technical aspects of Oracle applications - Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, i-Expense Oracle Financials for India, Projects Accounting, Workflows and knowledge on Core HRMS concepts
- Knowledge of Order to Cash & Procure to Pay
- Must have worked on RICE/CEMLI components
- Knowledge of basic and advanced delivery tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of version maintenance tool
Soft Skills (Minimum) :
- Good listening and consultative skills
- Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Education Requirements :
- Graduate, preference for degree in Computer Science (MCA/BS/BE) with industry recognized certifications
Work Experience Requirements :
- A total of 6-8 years in Oracle Technical aspect and Application Delivery
- Experience in Oracle Financials is desired
- Must have worked in support projects
