EXL Service is hiring for Cyber Security function at a leadership role:

Basic Function :

- Lead client advisory and consulting of EXL's Cyber Security capabilities through building, managing, and supporting the go-to market business solutions leveraging EXL's Cyber security capabilities to assist clients/prospects, elevate and accelerate their cyber maturity journey.

- The role shall focus on helping clients to design and implement transformational programs to reduce and manage persistent cyber security threats. This role also supports business development initiatives to establish and grow EXL's cyber security consulting business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Define, develop, and build upon the go-to market collateral for the Cyber Security services and offerings including content creation and syndication

- Conduct sales enablement sessions: present, advocate and evangelize the cyber offerings/solutions to sales team

- Support EXL's sales team's client pursuits/pipelines and proposal generation

- Work closely with business sales team as they create key advisory relationships with clients and participate in operational and technical presentations and discussions

- Understand the context of client challenges with respect to the business operating environment, security threat landscape and drive solutions that are resilient to cyber risks

- Work with sales team to capture customer feedback to prioritize new capabilities for the business solution and collaborate with senior leadership on means to address them (build/buy/partner)

- Partner with functional teams to work on solutions, proof of concepts, and engagement opportunities

- Work with sales, solutioning and marketing organizations to support the promotion of the business solution and its affiliated value propositions

- Educate customers on the best practices for cyber and data security

- Responsible for client engagement and project management of consulting projects. Lead the planning and the development for project deliverables

- Assist in driving business development initiatives to grow and expand Cyber consulting and advisory services

- This is a high visibility role and requires a strong technical acumen with outstanding stakeholder management skills capable of planning and executing to meet client expectations and objectives.

Essential Functions :

- The individual should be an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, business processes, tools and technologies.

- Support client consulting and implementation planning; responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Work with client's senior management stakeholders to define and implement overall future state and capabilities for their cyber security programs

- Assess, develop and design cyber security strategies and programs for large and complex organizations

- Define and implement client's organizational transformations in the areas of cyber security

- Develop and tailor approaches, methods and tools to support client's cyber programs and initiatives

- Manage and execute cyber risk engagements across the development lifecycle - strategy, design, implementation and managed services

- Review clients' cyber posture, strengths and weaknesses in the context of business environment, goals and objectives. Develop prioritized recommendations based on gaps and clients' priorities and constraints

- Assist clients in developing remediation plans and roadmaps that enables them to perform financial and resource planning for their cyber risk programs

- Provide strategic and operational advice in the areas of Cyber security to clients
