EXL Service - Lead - Analytics - IIT/BITS/NIT

Looking for resource with primary skill-sets in areas : Analytics, BI and Databases

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop domain-specific analytics solution such as Collection Analytics, Spend Analytics, Pricing Analytics, etc.

- Developing business dashboards on QlikSense/ QlikView platforms

- Build the data logic, data models and interfaces for QlikSense/ QlikView dashboards

- Extract, transform and load data from multiple data sources such as Oracle into the Qlik application

- Ability to work and handle multiple requirements, reports/ dashboards simultaneously

Skill Set:

- VBA, R, SAS

- Expert in developing dashboard in QlikSense/ QlikView

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel

- Basic understanding of Python

- Experience with RDBMS & Business Intelligence is a must

- Domain knowledge: Finance & Accounts, BFS, Travel, Transportation & Logistics and Utilities

- Proficiency in Storyboarding

- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem solving ability, creativity and insight, strong achievement focus and commitment to deliver results

- Effective verbal and written communication

Qualification & Experience:

- Engineering Graduate (preferably from IIT)

- 4-6 years of relevant experience with focus on analytics and BI dashboard development

- Detail-oriented person with strong analytical and problem solving skill
