EXL Service - Consultant I/Senior Consultant - SQL (1-3 yrs)
Advance SAS (Strong working knowledge and experience with SQL programming and SAS Macros) and MS Excel (strong knowledge on excel VBA and automation skills)
SQL-Mandatory Experience
- With good communication and presentation Skills
- Clear understanding and experience of Data Mining
- Attention to details and excellent problem solving skills
- Candidate must be proactive in asking questions and be able to present to senior management independently
- The basic responsibilities of the individuals will be
1. To manage projects and MIS for the existing customer management for the credit card portfolio for a large US bank.
2. To drive throughput on projects related to strategies, and deliver on loss saving / revenue enhancement initiatives.
3. Pro-actively review performance data and deep dive to identify the key drivers that cause a major shift in any of the performance metrics in the existing MISs.
4. To provide ideas on additional opportunities that can be worked upon, as well as to have independent project ownership (hands on), in addition to hands on responsibility for MIS runs and QC.
