EXL Service - Consultant - Business Analyst

- Establish relationships with client personnel and practice leads at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality services, monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.

- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Assimilate new knowledge and possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in capabilities and industry knowledge.

- Work closely with solution development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development

- Develop quantitative and qualitative outputs in PowerPoint & Excel to support strategic recommendations

- Commit to developing a strong personal brand by staying informed regarding economic/market developments and their impact on our clients.

- Apply strong analytical skills and industry research to diagnose business problems and collaboratively work with clients to solve them driving business outcomes

Qualifications

- Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, life insurance industry practices, and new technologies

- Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to learn different analytical tools as per business requirements

- Degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, engineering or a related field preferred

- Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges

Skills

- Proficiency with MS excel, PowerPoint

- Visualization tools : Tableau / Power BI

- Knowledge of SQL/VBA
