7+ years of experience in Analytics

Description of Job Responsibilities

- Making recommendations on policy improvisation, communicating impacts to senior management and stakeholder management

- Drive answers to analytic challenges and manage a team of analysts to solve different parts of the problem

- Good sense of logical reasoning and quick understanding of the client requirements and efficient management of deliverables

- Collecting and interpreting data for ad hoc projects.

- Help out in BD, present to other clients to win more projects

- Manage the admin responsibilities for an existing 25 member team and building it further to be 40+

Required Skills

- Strong Analytics Background (Modeling experience is preferable, but not mandatory)

- Strong in SAS, MS-Excel, VBA & PowerPoint, Tableau experience preferable

- Experience in leading client discussions

- Experience in managing large teams

- Willing to work out of client location

- Flexible to work in US timings

Education Requirements

- B. Tech or Master's from Tier 1 Institutes
