EXL Service - Assistant Manager/Lead Assistant Manager - Advisory Analytics

Job Description:

Deliver on multiple complex engagements by indulging into the following activities:

- Analyze and churn data to derive meaningful insights and validate using correlation/regression

- Deliver analysis on critical data-points to derive the relevant KPIs improving the scope of the program

- Produce client reports & deliverables in an accurate and timely fashion with the ability to interpret the data

- Effectively manage issues and risks that arise during the lifecycle of the project

- Expertise in linking data-sets and strong understanding of relational databases

- Present complex information and data in an uncomplicated, easy-to-understand way - "breaks it down" to suit the audience

- Capable of creating scenario based model using the current program constraints and suggesting strategy improving the program

- Create efficiency in the process through automation

Shift Timings: 3PM-12AM

Specifications:

- Graduate with at least 1 years experience, preferably in a reporting and statistical analysis role

- Proficiency in MS Excel is a Must

- Knowledge of MS Access, SQL & Visual Basic will be an advantage

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Strong mathematical & analytical ability/ skills
