EXL Service - Assistant Manager - Analytics - IIT

Job Location : Noida

Shift Timings : 12-12 ( Any 9 hour window )

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop F&A specific analytics solution such as Collection Analytics, Spend Analytics, Pricing Analytics etc.

- Develop business dashboards on BI Platforms such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau etc.

- Develop Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning based solutions

- Hands-on experience in techniques such as Logistic regression, Decision tree, Classification, Random forest, SVM etc.

- Hands-on experience in ETL, data management and data-warehousing.

- Ability to work and handle multiple requirements simultaneously

- Support in pre-sales opportunities and client presentations

Skill Set:

- R, Python

- Expert in atleast one of the BI Platform: Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, VBA

- Domain knowledge: Finance & Accounts

- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem solving ability

- Effective verbal and written communication

Qualification & Experience:

- Engineering Graduate (preferably from IIT)

- 3-5 years of relevant experience with focus on analytics and artificial intelligence solutions

- Detail-oriented person with strong analytical and problem solving skills
