EXL - Manager/Senior Manager - R/Statistical Modeler

Responsible for supervising and managing team members on a daily basis

- should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration

- Oversee day-to-day operation

- Discover training needs and provide coaching

- Programming skills - R, Python

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Advanced quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills

- Communicate with Data Science team and business partners.

- Peer review and evaluate models built by research staff

- Degree in statistics, actuarial science, economics, computer science, data science or other quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred.

Hands-on experience coding in R. Python and SAS knowledge will be plus.

- Working knowledge of statistical modeling tools

- Communication skills should be excellent
