Job Description - An opportunity to lead export-import operations for a large MNC set-up
Client Details
Our client is a renowned MNC in the chemicals and diagnostics domain with a global presence across 175+ countries. They are looking to hire an Import-Export Manager, based out of their office in Gurgaon.
Description
Reporting to the Director- Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:
- Managing imports basis the demand forecast for the year and additionally liaise with external agencies for clearances.
- Coordinating with 3PL vendors for warehousing and logistics for driving domestic distribution across the country
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure smooth running of operations
Profile
You will have around 9-13 years of experience in imports/exports, warehousing & distribution. Prior experience in the foods industry is an add-on. The client is looking for someone with excellent negotiation skills, with the ability of liaising extensively with senior stakeholders.
