To maintain Harmonious relationship between Management & employees, employees & employees and also ensure smooth production and legal compliance.

End Results:

- Statutory Compliances under Labour Laws

- Maintain good relationship/ good Industrial relation between Mgt. & Employees, Employees & Employees

- Reduce Unresolved issues escalated to statutory authorities to Zero

- Implement CSR activities and maintain good public relation in and around factory

- Medical Examination under Factories Act

- Ensure smooth function of welfare resources i.e. canteen, transportation, uniforms etc.

- To ensure and follow proper Disciplinary Proceedings

- Reduce overall absenteeism

Key Activities :

- Monthly Review as per Check List

- Monthly meeting of WC and fast remedy of their problems, if any

- Monthly Review as per Check List

- Follow PR calendar

- As per schedule

- Monthly meeting of welfare committee

- Preliminary investigations, issue of Charge sheet/Show cause notice and other steps of Disciplinary Proceedings

- Counseling, Disciplinary Action etc.
