POSITION TITLE: Regional Human Resource Manager

BUSINESS UNIT: Human Resources

REPORTING TO: General Manager - Human Resources

NO OF REPORTEES: 5 - 6

LOCATION : Bangalore & Mumbai

Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish) :

Heading the HR function for the Region, and driving end to end people agenda, including Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, business partnering

Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) :

- Work as an HR Business Partner, in close association with all the key stakeholders in the geography

- Drive all HR Initiatives in the field (Including implementation of HR Policies / Processes)

- Support in institutionalizing a strong performance culture

- Work as an HR advisor and support Business leaders on all people related matters

- Undertake different HR benchmarking initiatives for improving efficiency

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required for the position) :

- Post-Graduate Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources

- 5+ years of experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment

- Experience in a similar industry is desirable but not essential

Personal Attributes & Competencies :

- Conceptually strong

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Effective communication skills - both oral as well as written

PERSON PROFILE (for the Ideal candidate) :

Base Location : Bangalore/Mumbai

Age (Min to Max) :25 - 32 years

Experience (Min to Max) :

4 - 8 years

Specific Qualification Requirement, If any( Eg: CA, LLB) :

- Post Graduate/ MBA with specialization in HR

- Industry Preference (Insurance, Telecom, BFSI)

- Banking/ FMCG/ Insurance

Specific Skill Sets and Weight age assigned to various skill sets

HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition

Position reports into General Manager- Human Resources

Direct Reports to the position: 5 - 6

% Travel Required in this Position: 4 - 5 days a month

Any other specific requirements/ preferences

Incumbent will be leading the complete HR function in the geography and will be expected to be adaptable and open to stretch work hours on requirement
