Financial Analyst - 20 Years Experience
For ERP Implementation- GM Role
- Demonstrate the ability to understand business process
- Review Master Sales Agreements / Statement of Works to analyse any gap in actuals
- Thorough understanding and interpretation of Financial Statements
- Ability to interpret and analyse the financial statements
- Demonstrate understanding of Costing Principles & Techniques and spearhead effective cost management practices.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Budgeting
- Perform Variance Analysis and explore cause and effect of such findings
- ERP Implementation preferably SAP
- Evaluate financial Process, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing & implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of financial processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Performing requirements analysis including gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Documenting and communicating the above mentioned requirement in a crisp and clear manner.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team- members and management.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing User Acceptance Testing.
- Should adhere to internal control policies and procedures and play a lead role in evolving metrics.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 20+ years in Financial & Business Analysis especially in ERP Implementation (preferably SAPByD or SAP)
OTHER SKILLS :
- Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.
- Team Player with strong focus in team building & mentoring.
- Exposure to Financial systems like SAP, J D Edwards etc. would be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
EDUCATION : Bachelors in Engineering / Science & Post graduation in Business Studies with major in Finance
