Executive VP/Business Head - F&B/Hospitality (10-20 yrs)
Formal education in hotel management or F & B management, with at least 10 years experience of which at least 3 must have been as GM or RM of a 5 star hotel.
- Preferred candidate would be F & B specialised and credentials should include overseas (developed markets) education and/or work experience with exposure to fine dining restaurant management and/or management of a high end private club in London or New York.
- Knowledge of local regulations regarding restaurant/bar licenses/ops is a must. Remuneration not a limiting factor for right candidate. Gender irrelevant.
