Seeking an advertising professional with experience in leading a large office/SBU. Position Description - - Lead agency operations by developing and executing sound idea driven solutions for a variety of clients and persistently help develop quality output of international standards that is recognised for its originality and effectiveness. - Lead multi-functional team of planners, account management, creatives. - Meet revenue and profitability targets as set. - Help to generate new business streams and opportunities. - Bring in best practices of account management, strategic planning, creative development and organisation building and evangelise them throughout the company. - Building cohesive and long-lasting teams based on sound organisational culture. - Sustain high levels of client and agency motivation, thus building client confidence in the agency. - Inspire and maintain confidence of clients as the best partner for delivering business success through periodic reviews and measurement. - Overlooking MIS, review systems on a regular basis. - Ensure best in class external documentation, pitch presentations, commercial and legal agreements. - Leverage and further the strengths of the organisation's enormous and proven and scaled up capabilities. - Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values in a relentless manner. Candidate Profile: - MBA from leading Business School, with overall experience of 17 -22 years, of which at least 5 must be in global advertising networks, with deep exposure to clients in large categories. - Strong business and profitability focus. - Must have led atleast one branch or a big SBU. - Headed multifunctional teams. - Demonstrated record of developing successful advertising strategies. - Strong appreciation of the creative product. - Could have a mix of agency and client side experience. - Confident, composed and mature - with a keen desire to win. - Preferably Mumbai based, else able to relocate at short notice.
