As the Executive Vice President - Budgeting and Planning for the Manufacturing and Production business, you will be responsible for ensuring that plant production optimally meets market demand. You will also be responsible for driving strategic projects to ensure continual upgrade of facilities.

Our client is a global leader in the construction industry and manufactures a wide range of products to be used for building top quality commercial buildings and roads. With more than 10 plants across India, the volumes processed by our client exceed 50 MTPA.

Description :

As the Executive Vice President - Budgeting and Planning, you will report to the President - Manufacturing and Production and your responsibilities will include

- Ensuring that market demand is met via production and that inventory levels are appropriate

- Formulating budgets for the entire manufacturing operations of more than 50 MTPA and aligning the same with the strategic plan together with business leaders

- Reducing costs through strategic projects for up gradation of facilities

- Driving new systems initiatives to reduce headcount and human intervention

Profile :

- As an ideal candidate, you have a deep (> 20 years) experience in manufacturing operations as well as financial planning.

- You are a Civil engineer with experience in large plants in a process industry and an understanding of finance. (> 10 MTPA capacity).

- You are open to the Mumbai Suburban region as a location.

- You have worked with iconic groups and are familiar with high levels of corporate governance and matrix reporting.

- You are an excellent communicator and influencer and possess the ability to direct senior professionals.

- You are able to leverage the latest technologies to bring value addition through innovation
