Executive Vice President - Alternate Channel - Life Insurance

Key Position in the organization directly reports to the Managing Director.

1) Manage Insurance thru 300 plus branches Alternate Channel

2) Leading a team of Associate Vice President/Regional Managers for acheiving business targets

3) Ensure target to achievement of Channel / Zones /Regions/ Locations

3) Expansion of geography and business growth

4) Persistency management

5) Retention of staff members

6) Ability to independently manage / Implement and execute strategy to ensure more revenue

7) Excellent man management skills are required for this role

8) Seasoned through knowledge of Insurance /BFSI Industry is must for this role

9) Ability to independently analyze bottlenecks and guide team

10) Sound judgement, inquisitiveness, strong analytical ability, effective written and verbal communication skills
