Talent Acquisition Executive We are hiring for first dedicated talent acquisition executive for their technology consultancy in Bangalore. The right candidate would work directly with the founder and senior leadership to grow an expanding team of skilled digital, data and analytics and dev ops professionals. - A proven HR recruiting professional with at least 4 years of experience in a high performing environment - Experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition - Sourcing profiles from job portals, head hunting from professional networking sites and through references - Leveraging third party recruitment companies as needed - Resume screening - Analyzing feedback, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and stakeholders - Following up with candidates until they join - Strong written and verbal communication skills The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial drive to one day own the talent function and grow a talented team around them. Candidates currently residing and working in Bangalore only Experience: 4 - 8 years Full-Time Role Must Have Skills Candidates must: - Have demonstrated recent experience in talent acquisition (from sourcing to joining) for Development teams in Bangalore - The hiring of talent across the E-commerce/internet/Start-up industries - Have demonstrated initiative in growth environments - Managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Have strong verbal and written English skills.
