Hiring for a HR Recruiter with 1+ years of exposure in Non IT, 360 Degree recruitment.
Should have experience of client interaction and acquiring new clients for the organization
Roles &Responsibility :
- Acquire new clients for the organization
- Acquire thorough understanding of Job Description/Job Specification. Identify Skill-set(functional/domain/ technical expertise) and key competencies required for successful placement of a candidate.
- Should have exposure of Mid -senior level and leadership hiring for the clients
- Plan & implement recruitment and sourcing strategies by conducting primary & secondary research through Job boards / Social Media /Candidate screening / Talent Communities & Pool etc.
- Exposure of FMCG/FMCD, engineering and automobile industry would be an added advantage
