Executive - Sourcing - Architecture/Interior Design (2-5 yrs)
Basic Purpose of the Job:
- Daily order processing and keeping record with all vendor for LF product, there production status and delivery planning as per TAT of 45-60day.
- 2-3 year job experience in furniture field like Upholstered Product like Sofa, Bed, etc., solid wood furniture- Centre table, Diner Table, customized furniture, d- cor items like wallpaper.
- Basic CAD drawing knowledge and understanding of standard dimension
- Good In MS Excel with basic formulas
- Good Verbal and Communication English
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities as below:
- Vendor management and Sourcing as per the requirement of furniture
- Order fulfillment and PO processing
- Vendor payment processing
- Vendor record and vendor reviewing
- Online Product quality checking of finish good with vendor
- Regular follow up with supplier and factory visit as per need
- BOQ, Production drawing checking and coordination with designer for correction
OKR / Key Parameters / Measures for performance :
- Order processing of LF Order as per TAT of 1 days
- Design QC of new order In TAT of 1 days
- Cost QC of New order TAT of 1 days
- Wallpaper order processing and delivery schedule with front end team
- Vendor Tracker sheet and Record on time"
