Executive/Senior /Manager - UK Statutory Audit - Big4 (0-8 yrs)
We are currently retained by leading BIG4 to hire for the Statutory Audit role.
Would require some experience in Statutory Audit in articles/post articles
Role & Responsibilities Synopsis :
- Monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLAs.
- Maintaining data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.
- Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members.
- Building relationships with onshore team members sitting across different locations
- Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved.
- Act as main point of contact for onshore departments. Build strong relationships with onshore department champions/other key contacts in the onshore.
- Review of the teams work and to provide timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
- Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of staff members
- Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews
- Work with the senior management and key onshore contacts to develop business and grow the team
