Executive/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - CXO level Hiring


1. Requires an experienced recruitment professional with a specialization in the identification, attraction and assessment of executive level talent.

2. Their primary focus will be actively manage of executive hiring mandates across Asia Pacific's consulting businesses.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Set and drive the executive recruitment strategy to inform key performance metrics for the consulting business in Asia Pacific.

- Direct activities of the Talent Acquisition Sourcer

- End to end management of senior level requisitions, from initial brief through to successful completion

- Building relationships with key senior stakeholders to create a consolidated and ongoing view on strategic hiring needs

- Operating as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the various businesses, role requirements and desired candidate profiles

- Conducting talent mapping and research to identify the competitive landscape and key target individuals

- Providing strategic talent intelligence to key stakeholders on candidate and competitor activity in the talent market

- Build and manage talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future Executive level needs

- Defining the candidate value proposition, managing candidate outreach and engagement

- Conducting detailed competency based assessments on identified candidates and managing them through the selection process

- Managing the offer process with Executive level compensation packages

- Providing a world class candidate experience to support the higher touch service expectations of Executive level talent

- Delivering the key metrics, analytics and reporting that will track and measure the performance and ROI of the executive level mandates, including time, candidate quality, service quality, cost, tenure & diversity KPIs

- Reviewing themarket and establishing vendor relationships with key Executive Search organizations as required and tracking their performance

- Articulating the global talent brand and candidate value proposition in a compelling way to Executive level talent

- Managing and introduce best practice processes in sourcing and assessment, knowledge management of market intelligence & ensuring all processes adhere to GDPR guidelines

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree with high academic achievement required, advanced degree preferred.

- 10 - 15 years of recruiting experience combined with extensive experience in executive search

- Prior executive search experience across Asia Pacific markets

- Prior experience in professional services required

- Prior experience in technology sector preferred

- Experience or deep understanding of in-house and external executive search in an international capacity

- Strong candidate and stakeholder management

- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery

- Strategic thinking and influencing skills

- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture
