Executive Secretarial - Manufacturing (3-7 yrs)
Job Title : Executive Secretarial
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 3 to 7 years post CS Articleship
Qualification :
1.CS from Institute of Company Secretaries - First Attempt
2. LLB will be an added advantage
Has to be currently working with a listed firm. SEBI laws is a must (Preferably Manufacturing )
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research & analysis
- Assist in compliance of SEBI Regulations (complete responsibility for LODR, PIT, SAST related compliances)
- Tracking Corporate law updates on a daily basis
- Summarizing key changes
- Impact analysis
- Researching relevant judgments passed by competent Courts
- Inputs for compilation of Corporate Bulletin
- Maintaining a Repository of Updates/case laws
- Assist in ensuring corporate law compliances
- Assist in compilation of Board Agenda and Minutes
- Providing Secretarial support to International subsidiaries
