Role:

We are looking at hiring across levels in our Digital team which focuses on Consumer Tech Organisations.

Open to look folks who want to get into Executive Search irrespective of their current functions. The general traits desired are:

- Passionate about Technology Led Ecosystem (Consumer Tech Ecosystem)

- Broad Understanding of how the said market is moving

- Research Oriented Mindset with good networking skills

Below is the broad outline of the responsibilities for the role:

- The Consultant will play an important role to meet talent needs of our clients.

- Should have a strong understanding of technology led organisations and start-ups

- Should be passionate about the segment

- Should be able to generate ideas in the creation of a general network from mid to senior level - digital- / consumer tech talent

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Familiarity with technology or technology driven areas (direct work experience is preferred, but not necessary). Must demonstrate a keen interest in executive search and client facing roles.

- Candidates should possess a good understanding of the different sectors and sub sectors that comprise the digital economy and be able to identify top players and their business models.

- Should be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of any of the domains mentioned above to qualify with a zeal to learn

- Strong communication skills and an energetic, persuasive mind set.

- Highly organised and efficient with the ability to execute a plan down to the smallest detail.

- Curious and problem solving mind set.

- Strong research, analysis and presentation skills.

- Proven experience in client/candidate engagement across in person meetings, telephonic or digital engagement
