- Tamarind Executive Search is headquartered in Cambridge, UK with offices in both the UK and India. We are a small boutique search firm that is Woman-Owned, Women-Run and specializes in working for Global Pharmaceutical and Allied companies in the key areas of USA, UK/EU, India, China & Japan.

- We are looking for a Researcher/Consultant to join our team.

- As an Executive Search Consultant with a specialization in the Pharma domain, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing executive search initiatives for our pharmaceutical clients.

- We are looking at people from Sales backgrounds who can talk with Senior Candidates Globally US, Europe, UK etc.

- This is a work-from-home opportunity with UK shift timings.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Consultation :


- Collaborate with pharmaceutical clients to understand their specific talent needs, organizational goals, and culture.

Search Strategy :


- Develop comprehensive search strategies, including target lists, market analysis, and sourcing plans.

Candidate Assessment :


- Evaluate and assess candidates for executive positions within the Pharma domain, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Networking :


- Build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals, thought leaders, and potential candidates.

Candidate Engagement :


- Engage and build strong relationships with prospective candidates, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the search process.

Market Knowledge :


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the pharmaceutical sector.

Project Management :


- Oversee the end-to-end search process, managing client expectations and delivering high-quality, timely results.


Negotiation :


- Facilitate offers and negotiations to secure successful placements.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Sales, executive search, talent acquisition, or human resources, ts.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple searches concurrently.

- Results-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

- A passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a commitment to staying informed about industry developments.
