Executive - Sales & Marketing - Personal Protective Equipment (2-5 yrs)
Job Title: Executive- Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Regional Manager- Sales & Marketing
Job Location:
- Bangalore and taking care of Karnataka, Tamilnadu & Kerala for specified product range.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Market and Customer Mapping / Market / Sales Opportunity sizing
- Analysis of purchase pattern of customers in various market segments
- Working experience in specified market.
- Marketing collateral development & development of sales strategy
- Acquisition of customers - Cold calls, Database, Network
- Relationship management - At all levels of the organization (Officer / Executive / End users)
- Ensure the availability of up to date market information - competition, benchmarking etc.
- Ensure that business requirements are covered when accepting enquiries / orders.
- To follow up on payments & ensure reconciliation of accounts.
- General Import / Export / Forex regulatory compliance
- Annual rate contracts, Long term agreements, Re-distribution agreements
Skills, knowledge & experience:
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree / Masters Degree in Science / Instrumentation / Engineering
- Demonstrated strong Sales and Marketing experience in selling PPEs (Personal Protective equipments) like Gloves, Shoe covers, Masks, Lab coats etc., with 2 - 3 years of experience .
- Customer knowledge of defined territory
- High Integrity in dealing with customers
- Ability to liaise with suppliers / customers and work independently or in a team environment.
- Written and spoken English capability.
- Strong communication skills with solid knowledge of local cultures and language
- Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result oriented.
- Self-discipline to work independently with customers / at distributors- premises with minimum supervision.
Salary offered: INR 700000 - 850000
