Contractual Job Opportunity with a BIG 4 for Recruitment / Sourcing

Location: Gurgaon/ Delhi

FTS - Fixed Term Staff role(on Payroll of KPMG but for a one year term

Position: Executive

Work Experience: 2- 4 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Financial Services domain. Ability to source on LinkedIn(Head hunting)/on available portals.

- Should have hired for Credit Risk, Market Risk, BFSI, Financial Modeling, Analytics etc.

- Experience in hiring for Investment Banks/ Banks/ Insurance Company etc.

- Brief on financial risk products/tools

- Should have hired risk resources, should have an understanding of working in a dynamic background and agile environment (consulting environment).

- Should have overall market knowledge related to capital markets & analytics.

- At least 2-3 years of hiring experience

- Good communication and interviewing skills.

- Ability to track the hiring on a dashboard. Basic excel skills are mandatory
