Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Source and screen candidates through various sourcing techniques which include Portals, own database, referrals, own network of contacts, and Internet sourcing channels like LinkedIn & other classifieds.
2. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization, benefits and other intangibles of the client.
3. Is responsible for end to end recruitment.
