- Programming strategy & Scheduling

- Content Strategy, Selection and Acquisition

- Localizing and Versionising the content

- Conceptualizing & Executing Non-fiction shows

- Good knowledge in Programming

- Effective Content Selection

- Creation of new shows

- Must have worked on Promotional Strategy

- Creative abilities in new concepts and ideation .

- Proficient in On-Air Promotions

- Branded Content,

- Integration & 360 degree

- Candidates from English Channels, Non-fiction, factual entertainment will be preferred.
