Executive - Organization Development/Learning & Development - Healthcare/Pharma (2-4 yrs)
Purpose of the Job :
The position is responsible for planning, designing, executing and sustenance of various Organizational Development and Learning Interventions as well as programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Learning Needs and Business Connect
- Understanding learning needs for businesses or groups of employees
- Analysing learning needs and identifying trends
- Working closely with HRBPs and other teams to take inputs on the above
- Identify skill gaps from a business perspective and strategize on bridging them
- Working on individual development plans to meet learning needs
Learning Programs and Interventions :
- Creating and sustaining Learning Calendars for the year
- Developing HR learning and development strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term requirements
- Planning, coordinating and delivering (need basis) training and development programmes to accomplish the organisation's goals
Talent Management Programs :
- Craft need based programs and workshops for the talent pool
- Developing individual training programmes that meet the skills gap identified for the talent pool
Application of Learnings :
- Work towards putting in place implementation practices as far as workshops and interventions are concerned
- Track action plans and work with business in bringing in ownership towards the same
Knowledge Platforms :
- Build knowledge platforms and enforce the existing ones with an intent of building a knowledge based organization
- Ensure effectiveness of the same
E-Learning & Improvisations :
- Develop content for various learning needs
- Creating modules of the same and ensuring successful implementation
- Integration with the existing Learning Management System
- Researching current trends in learning and implementing them as needed
Budgets, MIS and Reporting :
- Design budgets for the year and track them
- Bringing in cost-saving strategies
- Report through MIS and other tools on a regular basis and as needed
Learning Partners and Vendors and other External Stakeholders :
- Working closely with the existing learning partners and vendors for each of the interventions and programs
- Identifying new learning partners and vendors as needed
- Relationship building through the year
- Owning complete processing of invoices and other aspects w.r.t the programs or workshops for these partners or vendors
- Complete program management, monitoring and tracking of all interventions and ensuring compliance, improvisation and effectiveness
- Qualification MBA (From reputed institute)
Experience : 2-3 years
Knowledge & Behavioral Attributes: Should be a learner himself/herself. Work with high energy and enthusiasm across teams and stakeholders.
Salary Range: 6 - 9 LPA
