A LEADING FINANCIAL CONSULTING FIRM LOOKING FOR MANAGER CAMPUS HIRING BASED OUT OF HYDERABAD.

Assist to drive key activities that will enable the team to meet the overall organizational goals and objectives. Serve as project manager for determined key initiative(s) each year.

- Serve as primary liaison to assigned campus champions and senior practice participants engaged in recruiting efforts. Ensure internal client needs are being assessed continually. Communicate needs to campus recruiting management team to ensure we are collectively driving the necessary activities across the USI to meet our internal client's business objectives. Educate internal clients on the recruiting market. Advise and consult with them on our organizational circumstances to set realistic expectations and gain their support when needed to change direction.

- Strives to improve our image by having effective communications and follow established recruiting practices. Participate and support on-site interviewing and other campus events as needed.

- Establishih relationships with placement office directors, corporate relations directors. Identify key faculty and share with internal practice leaders to initiate and develop relationships where none exist today.

- Oversee the development of all activities, such as presentations, career fairs, in-office and campus interviews, "sell" receptions/dinners/weekends to ensure efforts will achieve determined university goals and objectives. Provide direction and assist recruiters with planning. Participate in events as needed.
