Executive/ Manager (R&D - Packaging)

- New product development

- Development in existing products.

- Day to day product evolution.

- Sensory evolution of production batches.

- Selecting raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers

- Communication with production and quality department regarding product trouble shooting.

- Preparing product costings based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products.

- Dealing with any customer complaint investigations or product issues.

- Compiling, checking and approving product specifications and labelling.

- Working on packaging innovation and technology.

Qualification And Experience:

1. 3 to 7 years of work experience in converting industry in QA/QC/technical services.

2. Knowledge of plastic films as BOPET/BOPP/LPDE/ PLA and other flexible packaging materials

3. Knowledge is printing technique- Gravure/Flexo/offset and defect analysis

4. Knowledge of lamination and their types

5. Knowledge of coating process

6. knowledge of food compliance and ISO system

7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written

8. Quick Learner

9. Co-ordination skills

10. Shall have good sensory evolution skills.

11. Candidate should have developed some product.

12. researching current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new product concepts;

13. Excellent attention to detail

14. Leadership qualities.

15. A flexible approach to working.

16. Numeracy and problem-solving skills.

17. An awareness of the consumer market
