Manager HR- Operations and Admin

We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of employee management and HRMS tool.

Responsibilities :

HR :

- Manage employee database

- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies

- Overseeing the employee's joining and exit process

- Managing workplace issues and complaints

- Maintaining and recording employee attendance

- Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations

- Handling the Payroll, Performance and Appraisals

- Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.

- Handling and managing HRMS tool


- Sound understanding of compensation structure, PF and ESIC

Administration :

- Manage the whole admin duties including office management, petty cash and other responsibilities.

- Managing vendors and outside agency relations.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will meet the criteria listed below.

Career and functional experience and discipline knowledge/expertise :

- University Degree with a path focused on Human Resources

- Fluency with spoken and written English

- Min. 4-6 years of experience within a similar HR Operations role

- Minimum 3 years' experience with HRIS/HRMS handling.

- Statutory experience with compliance (PF, ESIC, PTAX, LWF, Gratuity, NPA and Bonus)

- Experience with Employee Relations

- Deep understanding of employee life cycle processes and procedures; ability to interpret and incorporate into practice

Technical Experience :

- Experience with Payroll, HRIS, HRMS a plus

- Strong employee data and HRIS management

- Understanding of key HR KPIs and metrics needed to conduct analysis

- Strong proficiency in MS Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word)

Attributes and skills :

- Audit-minded and strong attention to detail

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with all levels of staff and management in a diverse population
