Key Responsibilities:


- Support the Group CFO in leading the overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Drive financial discipline across all business units and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group-level KPIs.

- Lead strategic initiatives such as M&A analysis, capital structure optimization, and cost transformation programs.

- Oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and audit processes across geographies.

- Partner with business heads and key stakeholders to provide financial insights for informed decision-making.

- Monitor market, risk, and economic factors impacting financial performance.

- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and rating agencies.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams across multiple geographies.


Key Requirements:


- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institute.

- Experience: 1520 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or large financial institutions.

- Proven experience in group-level financial management, financial controls, and international accounting standards (IFRS).

- Strong understanding of capital markets, treasury, and corporate finance functions.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Exposure to the GCC region or international markets is preferred.
