Responsibilities:

- Able to infer financial documentation, legal laws and their applicability.

- Support and advice in all legal matters (contract law, corporate law, and antitrust law) and its applicability to chemical industry.

- Observe internal legal regulations.

- Support and recommend Operating Units for implementation of law related to Group Directives, Instructions etc.

- Support Operation Units in negotiations with customers and suppliers.

- Participate in project teams and collaborate with counsel counterparts.

- Information of various government offices and its location.

- Systematic maintaining statutory data/ records/ approvals/ originals.

Education :

- B.Com/ B.Sc. and Degree in Law from a reputed University

- 4-8 years of experience in legal practice and Legal generalist with flair for international contracts.

- Outstanding communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
