A top-tier law firm in Mumbai is looking to hire an HR Executive - Learning &amp; Development. 1. To facilitate all Learning &amp; Development initiatives (Classroom training, webinars, etc.) 2. Co-ordinate the events - Nominations, Booking venue, Co-ordinating with the trainer for the logistical requirement. 3. Follow up and process invoices. 4. Co-ordinate Inductions centrally 5. Consolidate the feedback forms and publish timely feedback to the trainer. 6. Consolidate the monthly CLE calendar and publish it to the teams 7. Maintain training trackers / Induction trackers for the New Joiner 8. Work on basic content for CLEs /Training 9. Ability to draw up basic content 10. Identify opportunities to work on / build new LMS / help create online learning modules. Salary offered: 9-10LPA
