Executive - Lead Generation - eCommerce (4-8 yrs)

- Lead generation executive

- Hands-on experience in generating leads as Lead generation executive

- Excellent Oral and Written communication Skills

- Knowledge of lead generating tools and techniques

- Familiar with Salesforce or any similar CRM tool and its use case

- Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of Advanced Formulas and scripts a plus.

- Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation

- Direct communication with customers via e-mail or chat

- Execute marketing plan/marketing campaigns (e.g. targeted e- shot, mailshot)

- Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events, and other marketing and sales activities

- Preparation and presentation of results from campaigns

- Market research feedback

- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager
