- To manage, grow and sustain the business in a given region
- Selling directly to large/medium industries
- Independently manage key business accounts
- To meet the various targets in terms of volumes, profitability, visibility, and growth
Skills and Experience
- Min 0-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in International markets (Europe / Africa / South East Asia / Americas / Middle East)
- Should have a proven track record of establishing a good customer base and achieving volume targets successfully
- Should be able to achieve sales in a competitive environment
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Relationship Management
- Strong understanding of customer and market
- Excellent communication skills
- Action and results oriented with bunch of energy
