We have an Urgent Opening for Assistant Manager for one of the leading FMCG Company in India.
Position: Executive - HR
Vacancy: One
Location: Guntur
Qualification: Preferred Colleges (XISS, XIMB, LIBA & MSSW) 60 % across academics
Experience: 1 years and above
Age Criteria: 30 years and below
Job Profile:
- Employee Relations (ER) Strategy implementation and monitoring.
- ER systems and processes review, design and implementation at all the units.
- ER systems and processes audit at the unit.
- Develop alternate approaches to wages & welfare structuring for unionised employees aligned to business requirements
- Conduct Surveys & Benchmark best practices - both internal and external.
- Continuously assess & ensure compliance on impact of applicable legislation education on legal matters.
- Budget, manage and review non-management costs.
- To assist the units on all the ER related Legal Issues.
- To anchor the Long Term Agreement process for the unions along with the ERM and the unit HR teams.
- Non-Management Welfare Management
