Job Description :
- Handling all general and important work related to the office administration
- Responsible for updating Daily/Weekly and Monthly HR dashboards.
- Ensuring timely closure of all issues/escalations raised by Employees/vendors for smooth functioning of admin department.
- Overseeing the Performance Appraisal System across the levels for substantiating the Appraisal process with regular follow ups.
- Coordinating and actively participating in Employee Engagement, Employee welfare activities, Fun hours, Birthday bash etc.
- Ensuring smooth functioning of allied teams like Front Desk, Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Vendor Dealing, and taking necessary approvals as per requirement.
- Assisting in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies and maintaining track of the same.
- Should have exposure in vendor development and vendor management and able to coordinate for travel, hotels and bookings if required.
- Maintaining cost MIS and implementing cost reductions methods for the department.
- Procurement and Inventory management as per office requirement and looking after AMC of the Office Equipments.
- Understanding the man-power requirements for housekeeping, drivers & procure timely.
