Position: Executive-HR Operations (Leading MNC Manufacturing Company)

Role:

- Managing HR Operations and Processes like Pre-joining, Post-joining, Supporting employee life cycle process.

- Ensure accuracy and managing data quality at all times.

- Timely updation of HR System.

- Owning the projects which help the Company to make the HR processes efficient including the HR Systems projects.

- Provide support in Learning and Development initiatives.

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- 4-5 yrs of experience in HR Operations

- Knowledge of HR Systems / Processes

- Process Driven

- Result Focussed

- Eye for detail

- Ability to handle large data

Location: Mumbai
