- Managing HRIS tools and ensuring the data accuracy and timely updation - Create, update and Maintain employee "P" files as per requirement - Monitor and coordinate employee confirmations and transfers - Manage employee master data file including updation of Org Charts - Responsible for HR reporting : GMI dashboard, HR dashboard, Magnitude and adhoc reports - Head count tracking for both on roll and off roll employees - Monthly provisioning of non personnel cost and validating with annual provisions - Vendor management ( labour contract) for off role employee including Head count validation, coordinating with vendor for contract, invoice processing on SAP, monthly salary payout - Statutory compliance for out sourced labour contract employees - Coordinate with other HR function for adherence to HR SOPs - Managing HR related communications for employees - Manage administrative leave Salary offered - 7-10 LPA
