Executive - Growth & Partnerships - NGO (2-4 yrs)

Role Summary :

The role will be spearheading the Growth & Partnership team's communication strategy for funders, designing and monitoring success metrics, creating reports and proposal content, and collaborating with the marketing and execution teams on our client and public relations and social media marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Knowledge Building :

- Developing and maintaining proficient knowledge of the organization's history and programs/projects and the education ecosystem in India

- Visiting schools and observing our projects in action on the field

Strategic Communication & Account Management :

- Developing a structured stewardship and communication plan for each funder to ensure that they are acknowledged in a timely fashion

- Implementing the plan thus created by designing success metrics, analyzing them, and preparing timely and accurate reports in line with funder requirements by working closely with program managers and teams

- Leading the communication activities and creation of print marketing collateral in collaboration with the marketing department as part of LSEP's public relations strategy - including development of brochures, banners, leaflets, newsletters, social media marketing content

- Coordinating with the execution and product team to identify case studies from the field and collaborating with the marketing department to write and design the same, highlighting our projects impact on the ground

- Conceptualizing, designing and implementing fundraising campaigns and events in conjunction with other verticals to develop relationships with partners and leverage the national focus on education technology

Desired Experience, Skills, and Attitude :

- 2-4 years of experience in communications

- Excellent reading and persuasive writing communication skills in English

- Expertise in PowerPoint / creating slide decks, formatting and editing in MS-Word, and proficiency in MS-Excel

- Experience and expertise in overseeing the design and layout of communication materials

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in an entrepreneurial environment with speed and an eye for detail and quality

- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

- Data interpretation and analytical skills

- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to read and understand Hindi

- Adaptive to new tools and technology

- Education : Graduate/Postgraduate in communications/marketing/literature/journalism/social sciences or equivalent from a Tier-1/Tier-2 college, Any Fellowship experience is a Plus

- Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience in communications/marketing/PR with significant writing experience
