To offer service of highest quality to internal customers according to their needs in the area of controlling in terms of consistency, accuracy, relevance, understanding & timeliness. .

- Variance Analysis,
- Monthly Closing activities,
- Budgetary Planning and tracking,
- Capex Or investment process,
- Audit handling,
- Well versed with MS Office tools,
- SAP working knowledge
Major duties:
Management Accounting :
A) Cost center structure maintanance.
B)Allocation of common expenses.
Controlling :
A) Budgeting
B) Periodic review of actual margin & expenses ratios.
C) Simulation for targeted margin & expenses ratios.
D) Inventory analysis & control.
E) Analysis on ROI.
F) Review & development of SOPs to miltigate risks & losses & smooth functioning of the organisation.
Report:
- IVIS Report
- Segment DICO Report
- Production cum variance report
- Quarterly logistic cost report
- Company commentary report
- Cost margin ratio report.
Audit:
- Inventory valuation
- Audit schedule
- Analytical review
Costings:
- Periodic review & costing of manufactured articles.
- Costing of new products cost benefit analysis
System:
- Design & development of data input & reporting system for manufacturing operations.
- Implementation of controls to ensure proper accounting.
- To amend masters as per changes in Org.structure etc.
