Executive - Finance & Accounts Role - Manufacturing - CA (2-3 yrs)

Executive - Finance & Accounts (Manufacturing)

- Compliance for month end deliverables of MIS, Financial Reporting / Management Reporting - Releasing business reports timely with reference to the schedule by partnering with plant & FSSC team.

- Transfer Pricing

- Ensuring timely & correct Magnitude reporting (SIF)

- Scrutiny and Analysis of General Ledger schedules

- Support to all yearly and quarterly Statutory Audit Activities

- Review and preparation of Variable Cost & Overheads with variance analysis Vs Budget / last year actuals / last month Actuals.

- To ensure that the revenues are accounted as per the accounting standards. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure that there are no deviations and provide early warnings in the event of any deviations.

- Update forecasts on a real time basis, based on key market trends and share it with teams

- Monitor the business and execution strategy, impact on budgets and action points for Management in the form of an exhaustive tracker, which is to be updated and presented on a regular basis

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA Ist or 2nd Attempt only with 2-3 years of Experience in Manufacturing set up is a must.

2. MIS reporting

3. IT Skills (ERP, MS Excel, Word, PPT)

4. Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS & GAAP

5. Knowledge of Statutory Compliances, Commercial Laws, Direct / Indirect Taxes Internal Controls and Audits.

Additional Skills required:

1. Good knowledge of decentralized & centralized accounting set ups with exposure to both plant

2. Good exposure to robust systems in an ERP environment accounting & corporate accounts in an ERP system

3. Good knowledge of costing processes and systems

4. Good financial business acumen with analytical abilities and eye for detail

5. Good presentation skills & thorough knowledge of Excel working and PowerPoint
