Executive Director - UHNW Segment (10-18 yrs)
- The team lead will be responsible for leading a team of private bakers in a specific region
- Responsible for developing the UHNW Segment by building advisory & distribution platform that covers client acquisition & relationship management
- Leading a Team of 4-5 RMs (Private Bankers - Sales) and focus on revenue generation through various Investment products like Market Linked Debentures (MLD), Structured Notes, Bonds, PMS
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Reactivation of dormant clients
- Co-ordination with product and operations team for continuous feedback and Upscaling products
These are Sales Bankers who leads a team of 4-5 Private Bankers (RM-Sales) and responsible for self and teams target in developing UHNW segment for wealth management business for the particular region. This role the lead should be a playing captain (he will also carry self-target along with his team). Our VPP structure is best in the industry and the basic payout threshold ranging 5% to 30% starts with 2X of revenue achievement. A Team Lead with average book size of 400-600 cr would be an ideal fit.
