Executive Director - Operations Regulatory Reporting - Financial Services Industry

We are Hiring for Executive Director-Operations -Regulatory Reporting for one of the Leading Investment Bank in Mumbai

Note Candidate has to be ED or Director or equivalent Designation on paper

We can look at a seasoned VP ( 3 to 4 Years ) for ED role.

Responsibilities:

- Mature professional with strong background in managing large teams with global set up

- Self-driven individual who is willing to demonstrate initiative and leadership in changing the status quo

- Clear and effective communicator who can alter their communication style to fit the audience

- Ability to mentor and build high-performing teams

- High action/execution orientation is essential for this role

- Set and maintain a high personal standard to serveas a visible leader for the team members

- Ability to build an operational strategy aimed at managing the offshore platform in line with global functional goals and local entity objectives.

- Knowledge of regulatory reporting rules across multiple major jurisdictions like CFTC, SEC, MifiD, EMIR, HKTR, MAS etc. highly desirable.

Qualifications:

- Masters with Top Tier Intstitues

- Proven 15+ years' experience in regulatory reporting within financial services industry

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

- Knowledge and experience of appropriate control frameworks for regulatory reporting is an advantage.
